Ben&Ben Perform ‘Courage,’ ‘Autumn,’ And ‘Leaves’ On New Episode Of Billboard Philippines Studios
The nine-piece act come as the first guests on Billboard Philippines Studios this 2024.

Spotify’s Most Streamed OPM Artist of 2023 Ben&Ben have finally arrived on the Billboard Philippines Studios stage.
The episode comes after the nine-piece band’s special Christmas performance of “Bibingka” and their guesting on Billboard Philippines Volumes, where they talked about the stories behind their latest singles “Courage” and “Autumn”.
Miguel Benjamin revealed to Billboard Philippines that “Autumn” was written at a time where the band was missing home after during their 2023 North American tour.
“There was a lot of anxiety and wanting things to happen right now, for clarity to come. [We often find ourselves in situations where] there’s nothing that you can control actually, parang lahat nagiging out of control (It’s like everything’s getting out of control). So, the only thing I can control is that I can write a song.”
As for “Courage,” they opened up about how the song was written while the band was mulling over failures and setbacks. “A lot of the things we were hoping for to happen didn’t and there were a lot of failures as well — internally and in things we were hoping to achieve. And when you experience a lot of failures and setbacks, it makes you question why you’re doing things. ‘Courage’ came from that heavy feeling of despair,” shared Benjamin.
These two songs, along with one of their first ever hits, “Leaves,” make up the setlist for their exclusive performance of Studios.
