Based on this week’s chart data (dated August 31, 2024), it’s evident that Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars have enchanted the Philippines with their recently released track, “Die With A Smile.”

The smash-hit collaboration between the two pop powerhouse musicians debuts on the Billboard Philippines‘ Hot 100 chart at the No. 6 spot — overtaking TJ Monterde‘s “Palagi,” as well as BINI‘s “Pantropiko” and “Cherry On Top.” In just a week since its release, the track immediately climbed its way into the hearts and ears of Filipino audiences, with many of them utilizing the track on several social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Even beyond its social media mileage, “Die With A Smile” has also been on repeat on both streaming and video-sharing platforms, resulting in a stronger resonance and impact with both Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’s fanbases.

On the Top 10 of the Philippine Hot 100, Dionela and Jay R’s “Sining” still stands at the No. 1 spot, while Maki’s “Dilaw” remains at the No. 2 position. Billie Eilish‘s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” ranks at No. 3, Sabrina Carpenter‘s “Please, Please, Please” is at No. 4, while BINI claims the No. 5 spot in “Salamin, Salamin.” Chappell Roan further ascends up the Top 10 with “Good Luck, Babe!” –– reaching a new peak position of No. 8.
