KAIA Win Billboard Philippines Women In Music 2026 Listeners’ Choice Award
The bubblegum pop anthem stands out as one of the P-pop girl group’s fan-favorite tracks to date.

KAIA take home the Listeners’ Choice Award for their bubblegum pop anthem “Tanga” at the third Billboard Philippines Women in Music event, held at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater, BGC Arts Center, on March 24, 2026.
The award was presented by rising balladeer Rob Deniel to the P-pop girl group, who are also inductees to Billboard Philippines’ P-Pop Rising Class of 2025.
Last March 10, KAIA were announced as one of the nominees for the Billboard Philippines Women In Music 2026 Listeners’ Choice Award, which gives listeners the power to vote in this fan-driven category that recognizes empowering anthems across genres in the local music scene.
The voting period ran from March 11 to March 20, with KAIA’s “Tanga” earning the most votes. The other nominees in the category were VVINK and their debut single “Baduy”; dwta and her alternative rock/folk-pop track “Nasusunog (Pants On Fire)”; SHNTI and Zae’s hip-hop/rap collaboration “BWYB”; and SUYEN with “Isang Linggong Maghihintay” from her debut EP, Suyen Imnida.
The other honorees at the third Billboard Philippines Women in Music are Yeng Constantino for the Hitmaker award, G22 for the Rising Star award, Lolita Carbon for the Icon award, KZ Tandingan for the Rule Breaker award, BINI for the Powerhouse award, and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid for the Woman of the Year award.
