In case you missed it, TJ Monterde has just released his first-ever live album, titled Sariling Mundo – Live At The New Frontier Theatre.
The eleven-track record combines both the live and studio renditions to some of the singer-songwriter’s greatest hits to date — including the chart-topping “Palagi” as well as the beloved tracks “Walang Bilyon,” and “Sariling Mundo.” The live performances from the record come from Monterde’s sold-out concert of the same name, which took place last May 5 and May 6, 2024 — encapsulating these moments into a stellar set of recordings that audiences can cherish in the long run. On this week’s chart update, Monterde’s “Palagi” goes back to its peak position of No. 6 on the Philippine Hot 100 and No. 4 on the Top Philippine Songs chart. His track “Dating Tayo” from his 2014 self-titled extended play also stands at the No. 74 spot, proving just how much his music resonates with Philippine audiences across the nation.
