BINI, the nation’s very own girl group, is set to begin their quest of attaining world domination.

Now no longer a manifestation, the P-Pop phenomenons are set to take the international stage at Singapore’s upcoming ‘Music Matters Live’ festival which is set to take place from May 8 to May 11, 2024, at CQ @ Clarke Quay by the Singapore River.

Also performing at the event from the Philippines is rising rock band One Click Straight, alongside independent artists such as Peej, Kyleaux, and Marian Carmel. These five Filipino acts are just five of the thirty-four acts announced from the lineup so far, with more artists from all around the world set to complete the lineup soon.

This year’s ‘Music Matters Live’ lineup is expected to feature over 50 different performers from the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, the US, and more across four nights of music discovery. Other performers include Adrian Dzvuke (Australia), Adriel (Myanmar), Arlo Maverick (Canada), Balu Brigada (NZ), Berywam (France), Celine Wanyl (HK), Count Vernon (SG), Dhruv Visvanath (Indonesia), Emma Dilemma (NZ), Fi-Né 粉內 (Taiwan), 菲道尔 Firdhaus (Myanmar), Good Morning Everyone (Indonesia), Gorilla Zoe (US), Issermann (UK/France), Jewel Owusu (Australia), HM (Indonesia/Australia), Josh Makazon (Singapore), Joya (Hong Kong), Matilde G (Singapore), Nadhif Basalamah (Indonesia), (Nao Yoshioika (Japan), Oliver Cronin (Australia), PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE (Japan), Shazza (Singapore), Teo Glacier (NZ), VivaOla (Japan), Who Shot Scott (NZ), and William Singe (Australia).

Just recently, BINI performed a free show at Ayala Malls’ Market! Market! in front of 8,000 people last week, as well as at Billboard Philippines’ first-ever Women in Music celebration last March 22, 2024. The beloved P-pop group also sold out their three-day solo concert at the New Frontier Theatre for this June, and dropped their first extended play, Talaarawan, last month to critical and commercial acclaim –– leading to them breaking chart records and earning the title of the most streamed Filipino female artist on Spotify.

Though the schedule and showcases for the festival have yet to be announced, stay tuned to this space for more updates coming your way regarding the ‘Music Matters Live’ 2024.
