ZEROBASEONE have just joined forces with renowned manga creator Junji Ito.

On January 16, the South Korean boy group announced that they will be coming out with “Doctor! Doctor!” — a pre-release single that will precede their yet-to-be-named fifth mini-album. The brand new track is set to come out this February 20, 2025 (Monday) at 5:00 PM (PHT), while the K-pop unit’s fifth mini-album will be released on February 24, 2025 (Monday) at 5:00 PM (PHT). Watch this space for updates.

The upcoming EP from ZEROBASEONE will serve as the follow-up to Cinema Paradise, released last August 26, 2024 with the lead track “Good So Bad.”

Notably, the digital cover art of “Doctor! Doctor!” was done by Junji Ito — the celebrated manga author and artist known for his popular horror-centric stories such as Tomie, Uzumaki, Gyo, and more. The cover features Ito’s unmistakable art style as well as signature, depicting a person lying down on an examination table, clutching their chest while seemingly asking for help from a doctor in the background.

ZEROBASEONE were formed during the idol reality survival show Boys Planet. They debuted last July 2023 with their first mini-album YOUTH IN THE SHADE.
