Griff is heading to Manila this month.
On August 9, the British singer-songwriter officially announced that she is heading to the Philippines this August as part of her tour in support of her debut album Vertigo, released last July 12. Alongside appearances in Seoul, Beijing, and. Qinhuangdao, she is set to grace two events during her stay in Manila.
The first is a fan experience, confirmed by Warner Music Philippines on August 9, announcing that the “Black Hole” hitmaker is set to hold an “intimate showcase” for her debut effort this August 22 at Guijo Studio in Makati City. The event will be free, but those interested to attend will have to sign up for a chance to be one out of fifty lucky fans to join the special event, which promises “a day of fun activities and music.” Find out how to sign up here.
The second event is her special appearance at Warner Music Philippines’ We Play Here school tour, where she will be performing alongside SB19’s Stell, Dilaw, PLAYERTWO, and more. Find out how to get tickets to the tour’s inaugural show at UP Diliman here.
Active since 2019, Griff is best known for her songs “Black Hole,” “Vertigo,” “Walk,” and more. She recently opened for Taylor Swift at one of Swift’s Wembley Stadium shows in London for her Eras Tour last June 22. She is also set to be one of the opening acts for Sabrina Carpenter’s Short N’ Sweet US tour later this year.
