Guess who’s back?
Last February 6, G-DRAGON took to Instagram to post an exciting announcement that he would soon embark on a world tour, titled after his full-length album, Übermensch, released earlier in February 25. As of today (March 19), the dates and locations for the tour’s first phase have been revealed, and the K-pop trailblazer is set to visit the Philippines at the Philippine Arena, Bulacan this May 17.
Additionally, it was revealed that he will soon star in the Head in the Clouds 2025 festival in Los Angeles alongside fellow K-pop stars like DPR Ian and 2NE1.

The release of Übermensch was preceded by two singles from G-DRAGON: “POWER,” released last October 31, 2024, and “HOME SWEET HOME” with TAEYANG and DAESUNG, released last November 2024. The record itself was premiered last February 25, revealing a stacked lineup of songs ranging from power ballads like “DRAMA,” to a hit pop collaboration with Anderson .Paak, “TOO BAD.” This album marks his first full-length musical release since 2013 with COUP D’ETAT, which is home to some of his greatest hits like “CROOKED” and “WHO YOU?”
His fellow BIGBANG member, TAEYANG, has recently taken his Light Year Tour to the shores of Manila last February 22. The show took place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, and stood as his first time performing in the city following his White Night world tour in 2017.
