Next up on Billboard Philippines Soundwave is Young Blood Neet.
The Filipino hip-hop act is the latest talent to grace the TikTok-exclusive show, performing the catchy “Playaz Diary” on the latest episode of the TikTok series. The track was released earlier this January and precedes the singles “My Everything”, “ILY”, and “4GETCHU”, which were also released this 2024
Young Blood Neet kicked off the new year with the release of “Playaz Diary”, which marked his first single following the release of his 2023 EP “Hood Blessing”. Known for his fantastic flow and lyricism, the rapper began his music career in 2022 with his debut single, “BLVD”.
Young Blood Neet follows after folk-pop act Sugarcane, and fellow hip hop artists, O SIDE MAFIA and Zae to guest on Soundwave, Billboard Philippines‘ TikTok-exclusive performance that features performances of the hottest songs today.
Soundwave is the media platform’s show that showcases the trending songs in today’s music industry. The other flagship programs of Billboard Philippines’ media channels include Studios, which features reimagined versions of an artist’s biggest hits, and Volumes, a podcast that goes behind the music and highlights the stories of different Filipino artists.
