Billboard Philippines’ pop issue cover stars SB19 make history once more as the first act to perform on Billboard Philippines Soundwave, the platform’s TikTok-exclusive show.
Released on October 16, the P-Pop Kings performed their acclaimed track, “GENTO” (interpreted as ‘Gold’ or ‘Like This’). The song is also up for consideration for the 66th GRAMMY Awards’ Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Billboard Philippines also released a teaser of the video last Friday.
Released every Monday, Soundwave is a live music series that features artists performing one of their chart-topping songs. Among the other offerings of Billboard Philippines’ media channels are Billboard Philippines Studios, a YouTube-exclusive live performance show that showcases reimagined hits made for today’s audience, and Billboard Philippines Volumes, a podcast series that features artists, songwriters, and other notable personalities behind the music. Episodes of Billboard Philippines Studios will be released on the second and last Thursday of every month while episodes of Billboard Philippines Volumes will be released every Wednesday.
