On this week’s chart, Filipino ENGENEs have a lot to celebrate for — as ENHYPEN make their long-awaited debut on Billboard Philippines’ Hot 100 charts (dated July 26, 2024.)

The seven-piece K-pop act makes its entry on the charts with “XO (Only If You Say Yes)” at an impressive position of No. 19, landing a firm spot at the Top 20 region of the Hot 100. As the lead single off their latest album, ROMANCE: UNTOLD, it’s evident that the track’s glossy pop finish has made a strong impression amongst Filipino listeners, solidifying the enduring impact of the group’s influence with their fans. Additional K-pop entries that position themselves within this week’s Hot 100 chart also include BTS’ Jung Kook and Latto’s 2023 hit “Seven,” Jung Kook’s “Standing Next To You,” ILLIT‘s “Magnetic,” and BLACKPINK Lisa‘s recent comeback “Rockstar.”

Aside from ENHYPEN’s latest single, other notable debuts on the Hot 100 charts include BINI‘s recently-released track “Cherry On Top,” which positions itself at No. 8, Megan Thee Stallion & Yuki Chiba’s “Mamushi,” Dionela‘s “Hoodie and “Musika,” Sarah Geronimo‘s “Maybe This Time,” and Chappell Roan‘s increasingly viral “HOT TO GO!” With such a diverse yet impressive roster of fresh entries on the Hot 100 charts, there’s sure to be a lot of excitement as we track their progress over the next few weeks.
