Representing three continents and a fusion of genres, LISA, Anitta, and Rema unite for the transglobal 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem, “Goals.”

Released on May 21 at 11 PM PHT, the track blends Latin pop, Afrobeats, and K-pop into a cross-cultural collaboration that captures the global scale of the FIFA World Cup. Bringing together artists from Thailand, Brazil, and Nigeria, “Goals” delivers a genre-blending sound that celebrates unity and the encompassing passion for the sport.

Initially teased via social media on May 20, FIFA World Cup shared a 12-second clip featuring snippets from its music video.

Accompanying the release, the high-contrast visualizer opens with LISA performing her verse in a fitted yellow-and-blue jersey-inspired outfit. It transitions to Anitta commanding a football field surrounded by blue flames, before Rema enters with his distinctive rap flow in a smoky, red-tinted room. Set against dark, cinematic backdrops, the scenes of the trio are intercut with intense football match sequences, creating a moody yet energetic atmosphere.

Serving as a preview of what fans can expect at the 2026 FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony, the three global acts are set to perform their new single at the Los Angeles Stadium on June 13 (PH Time). Other performers include Katy Perry, Tyla, Alanis Morissette, and Michael Bublé, among others, with BTS, Madonna, and Shakira slated to take over the tournament’s first-ever final halftime show on July 20 (PH Time).

The track follows the release of Shakira and Burna Boy’s official FIFA World Cup song, “Dai Dai,” on May 14, marking the former’s return to the tournament more than a decade after “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)” served as its official anthem in 2010.
