Rising OPM artist Levii releases his newest single “Kailangan Kailanganin” under KDR Music House.
Following his debut single “Pinipinta,” the Marikina-born singer continues to introduce his signature sound, dubbed “soul kilig,” which blends OPM, R&B, and pop.
The song delves into the theme of chivalry, centering on a man who assures his partner that he will always be there in moments of vulnerability and need. In contrast, his partner, a strong and independent woman, learns to let someone in.
Levii began his musical journey by playing and learning instruments in church, experiences that shaped his musicality and soulful style. He started writing songs in 2016 and draws from his own experiences, relationships, and emotions.
Inspired by artists such as Ne-Yo, Stevie Wonder, South Border, Nina, and MYMP, Levii is set to bring more of his storytelling and musicality into the spotlight.
