Billboard Philippines Women In Music — the awards show dedicated to solely honoring women in the Filipino music industry — is back for its second year.
This 2025, Billboard Philippines is highlighting the women working from behind the scenes, as we introduce Billboard Philippines Women In Music: The Executive Edition. For this year’s Women In Music, we will be honoring the Filipina executives who have shaped and continue to push the boundaries of our music scene through the key roles and positions they hold across various aspects of the industry.
Set to happen this March 28, 2025, the prestigious event is set to be graced by key executives and other notable industry figures, as well as a number of iconic artists in Filipino music. With this, here are the official honorees for Billboard Philippines Women In Music: The Executive Edition.
Rhiza Pascua

Known for her years-long experience in supervising the production of the biggest music events in the country, Rhiza Pascua is the Managing Director of Live Nation Philippines. For her outstanding achievements in helping elevate the standards of live music events in the country, she will be given the Management, Concerts, and Live Entertainment Executive of the Year award.
Atty. Marivic Benedicto

Recognized for being a veteran legal expert, Atty. Marivic Benedicto is the President of the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI) — a non-profit organization dedicated to overseeing the role of distributors in the local recording industry and certifying recorded music from the Philippines. In addition, she also serves as the Head of Music Publishing and New Media for Music at ABS-CBN. Her work in navigating the legal landscape of the Philippine music industry earns her the Music Rights Executive of the Year award.
Audry Dionisio

Aided by her experience onstage as a seasoned musician and performer, Audry Dionisio holds down the fort offstage as the General Manager of Offshore Music. For her leadership in guiding, cultivating, and mentoring multiple indie artists under her wing, she will be honored with the Independent Record Labels Executive of the Year award.
Kathleen Dy-Go

At the forefront of Universal Records’ enduring mission to champion Filipino music is Kathleen Dy-Go. Throughout her time as the Filipino label’s Managing Director, she has been instrumental in upholding the legacy of Filipino music, alongside bringing many of today’s artists to the global stage. For this, she will receive the OPM Vanguard Executive of the Year award.
Georgette Tengco

Being able to support artists and and help unlock the potential reach of their music is is not easy task, but Georgette Tengco makes sure of this for the countless acts under Believe Music Philippines, helping bring their work to widespread listeners within the Philippines and beyond. For her role as the company’s Country Director and aiding aspiring and up-and-coming Filipino artists to get their music out there, she will be honored with the Music Distribution Executive of the Year award.
Roslyn Reyes Pineda

In the ever-evolving landscape of Filipino music, breaking barriers means more than just aiding artists in achieving far-reaching success. It also entails creating meaningful connections between them and others in the process. This is something that Roslyn Reyes Pineda has been able to make happen through her role as the General Manager of Sony Music Philippines.
Through the collaborations that the label’s artists have made with other equally notable acts within and beyond the Philippines, she is responsible for bringing multiple aspects of the local and global music industry together. For pushing Filipino artists to reach new heights through camaraderie and collaboration, she will be bestowed the Industry and Record Label Executive of the Year award.
