Indie folk favorite The Ridleys are gearing up to celebrate their seventh anniversary this November 17 at 123 Block, Mandala Park, Mandaluyong City. The band teased that they will be selling their first ever official shirt during the event.

The band have yet to reveal their lineup for the event. Tickets for the show will go live on October 22 (Sunday). Watch this space for more updates.

The Ridleys is a folk band that broke into the mainstream with their track, “Aphrodite” from their debut EP of the same name. In 2019, they released their debut album Reflections on Moonlight & Poetry. In a Tweet announcing the album’s release, the band shared, “Reflections on Moonlight & Poetry, a 13-track compilation of 7 old songs, and 6 new ones. Each song is a story, weaved together to complete a narrative. We leave it to you to connect the dots.”

Since then, The Ridleys have released two more albums, Until I Reach The Sun Vol. 1 and Until I Reach The Sun Vol. 2, which was released in May of this year.

In other news, The Ridleys will be performing at Any Name’s Okay’s sixth anniversary this October 21 (Saturday) at 123 Block as well. They will be joined by Flu, Reese Lansangan, Munimuni, and Syd Hartha.
