SYQL Productions is aiming to kick off 2024 with a bang –– thanks to their upcoming “New Year, New Scene” event, which hopes to ring in the new year with a celebration of good music, art, and a whole lot more.
Featuring musical acts PLAYERTWO, Toneejay, Kindred, dwta, Ysanygo, Shnti, and Dayaw, the event is slated for January 20, 2024 at 123 Block, Mandala Park, Mandaluyong. Additionally, the show will also feature visual art by a variety of local art merchants like Titsay, Unardent, Byresidents, and Crumbs of Wonder, as well as a varied selection of merchandise, coffee & tea shops, and a special portrait booth by Mike Perfecto on the premises. This show also marks SYQL Productions’ first anniversary since their launch last January 2023, and their eleventh production overall since its inception.

In other news, it was announced that Toneejay would be performing alongside ONE CLICK STRAIGHT for SOS and August Wahh’s Japan Send Off gig, which is set to occur this weekend, January 13, at 123 Block as well. The show is meant to help both acts raise funds for their upcoming performance in Okinawa, Japan for the Music Lane Festival Okinawa 2024 Festival that will be taking place from January 19 to January 21.
