With its steady growth on the charts over the past few months, TONEEJAY‘s viral song. “711” has now claimed the No. 1 spot on Spotify Philippines’ Top 50 Chart.
The track has already spent two days at the top of the chart, beating out Juan Karlos’ hit song “ERE” –– which previously held the No. 1 spot for a total of 65 days. Upon “711”‘s entry at the peak spot, the song earned a total of 472.3 thousand streams on the music streaming platform, marking TONEEJAY’s first number-one song on the Top 50 charts.
Commemorating such a monumental achievement, TONEEJAY expressed his gratitude to his fans and supporters through a heartfelt Instagram post that stated: “Mula pinakailalim ng Top 50 philippines chart hanggang sa pinakatuktok. ngayong araw nagawa natin. salamat nang marami! First time ever in my career. wala kong milyon milyong pera para ipromote at imarket yung kanta ko… umaasa lang ako lagi na kung ano man mensahe na nasulat ko makakarating yun sa tamang tao“

Last November 30, it was also reported that “711” earned 509 thousand streams in one day, making it the most streamed OPM song on Spotify Philippines’ charts. As of today (December 12), the song has accumulated a total of more than 25 million streams on the platform since its release earlier this year, last September 8. Elsewhere, TONEEJAY’s “711” has found fame in social media –– being used for more than 150,000 videos on the platform of TikTok alone.
“711” is also listed as one of the top songs of 2023 on Billboard Philippines’ year-end list, alongside juan karlos, SB19, BINI, and more.
