Following her show-stopping surprise appearance during Coachella Weekend 2, Queen of Pop Madonna announces her collaborative single with Coachella headliner Sabrina Carpenter, titled “Bring Your Love.”
On April 28, the two artists shared the news via social media, with the caption, “We’ve got something to say about it,” referencing lyrics from their collaboration. Arriving on April 30, the track serves as the second single unveiled from Madonna’s forthcoming album, Confessions II.
First previewed during Coachella, the blonde pop stars debuted “Bring Your Love” in a joint performance for the “Espresso” hitmaker’s headlining set. Madonna graced the stage for Carpenter’s viral “Juno” segment, also performing together the pop legend’s 1990 classics “Vogue” and “Like A Prayer.”
Carpenter expressed her gratitude on Instagram after their performance, teasing their collab single, writing, “Madonna …. I’ve got something I wanna talk about. Thank you for coming out, bringing your love, and gracing the audience with everything you are + astrology knowledge + the greatest songs of all time.”
The pop icon’s Coachella performance arrives as a full-circle moment, with her donning the same outfit she wore 20 years ago when she last performed at the music festival. On Instagram, she thanked Carpenter and everyone who made it possible to bring Confessions II back to where it began.
“Bring Your Love” shortly follows the release of Confessions II‘s first single, “I Feel So Free,” last April 18. Madonna’s upcoming album comes as a continuation of her 2005 iconic album Confessions on a Dance Floor, two decades after its release.
Released under Warner Records, Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter’s “Bring Your Love” is out on April 30. Confessions II is available for pre-save ahead of its June 3 release.
