Today (May 2, 2025), in an unexpected tie-up, local hip-hop hitmaker Kiyo and indie scene trailblazer Zild have joined forces for their latest single entitled “Pambihira.” The song was announced as a surprise drop yesterday on Kiyo’s social media platforms, hinting that the song is set to be featured on the rapper’s upcoming album.

The song, “Pambihira,” itself is groovy, bouncy, and makes the perfect summer night anthem for when the weather cools down. An unexpected feature from the duo, the track is a great jazz pop song to add to your Manila sound playlist.

This marks Zild’s first musical release since the release of his fourth album Superpower in 2024. This full-length feature included popular tracks like “Lia,” “Segurista,” and more, and went on to become another defining piece of Zild’s sonic identity.

On the other hand, this would mark Kiyo’s second release of the day, as he has also just released a new single entitled “Lambingan Na This” featuring the contribution of R&B artist Ryannah J. Prior to that, the “Ikaw Lang” hitmaker debuted another collaborative piece titled “Another Day” with local rap legend Gloc-9.
