Cebuana artists Kate Lucero, Raindrops, Sugarkiss, Lolita Grey, and Icy are set to perform at Cebu-based hip-hop and R&B production house RVERB’s International Women’s Month celebration, Blush.

The lineup features R&B singers like Kate Lucero (best known for her song, “sunsets”) and Lolita Grey, alt-pop artist Sugarkiss (who recently made her debut in February with “Shatter Matter”), and more. They will also be joined by DJ Panghitaboujjie, who will spin tracks for the night.

The event is billed as a celebration of women in the Cebu music scene, with guest acts Krey and Zoya from Davao and Ilo-ilo respectively. The event will be held on March 22 (Friday) at the Asmara Urban Resort and Lifestyle Village in Cebu City. Tickets are priced at P250 and are available here.

“RVERB is committed to providing a platform for talented artists to thrive,” says Gee Tolsa, founder of RVERB Cebu. “BLUSH was born from the realization that women are often underrepresented in the local music scene. This event is a celebration of their creativity, passion, and undeniable talent.”

“BLUSH is not just a concert; it’s a movement. RVERB aspires to empower female musicians and pave the way for the next generation of Filipino pop stars,” he continues.

In the past, RVERB has hosted celebrations for the Sinulog Festival and community pop-up events in From Here and the Molave Community Marketplace. They also recently participated in the 2023 September Fever Festival, Cebu’s annual indie festival held every September.
