While 2023 has been quite a remarkable year for Juan Karlos, it seems as if it’s only the beginning –– as his stardom promises a lot more in store next year, in 2024.

In a series of messages posted to the official broadcast channel titled “life updates” on his Instagram, Juan Karlos shared the news of an upcoming world tour, along with the likelihood of having a major local concert next year. “World tour na tayo next year”, he shared with the thousands of fans on the channel. He even adds, “Tapos baka siguro mag major concert [next year] since 10 years nako sa industry next year” –– along with a poll that asks fans which venue they would prefer for the latter, with the options of SM’s Mall of Asia Arena or the Araneta Coliseum.

As it is, the news was received with an overwhelming amount of support from his fans, with most of them celebrating Juan Karlos’ announcement with thousands of heart reactions. Aside from the upcoming tour, Juan Karlos is also set to release the second installment of his smash-hit record, “Sad Songs and Bullshit Part 1“, early next year via Island Records Philippines, under Universal Music Group Philippines. Talking to Billboard Philippines about Part 2 of the album, Labajo described it by stating “It’s going to focus more on the process of healing, acceptance, and self-love.”

Just last November, Juan Karlos released his first official Christmas single, aptly titled “Maligayang Pasko“, together with an accompanying live performance music video. The lead single to his album, ERE, marked a major success on both the local and global charts –– making history as the first Filipino artist to make a debut on esteemed charts, such as Billboard’s Global (Exc. US) Chart, across the world. In the future, Labajo is also set to perform next year at the forthcoming Bobapalooza Music and Arts Festival, set to occur on February 24 and 25, 2024 at the Filinvest City Event Grounds, Alabang, Metro Manila.
