Following the news of its dominance on Spotify’s global records, Juan Karlos’ “ERE” tops the Billboard Philippines Songs chart for the week starting 16 October –– claiming the number one spot previously held by Jungkook & Jack Harlow’s “3D”.

In just its second week on the charts, “ERE” has climbed four spots up from number 5 on the Billboard Philippines Songs chart to hit number 1 for this week’s entry. This marks the track’s first week at the top position, making it the only 5th Filipino song to ever top the music chart. Additionally, “ERE” has also debuted at #138 on this week’s Billboard Global Excl. US chart, becoming the first Filipino song in history to appear there.

Juan Karlos joins the likes of Zack Tabudlo, Adie, Sunkissed Lola, and Dilaw as the only artists from the Philippines to accomplish ever top the chart.

The news comes after the track’s viral nature on social media platforms like TikTok, as well as in music platforms such as iTunes Philippines, Spotify Philippines, Apple Music Philippines, YouTube Philippines, and even Deezer Philippines. As it currently stands, “ERE” has spent 11 consecutive days at #1 on Spotify Philippines’ chart, while Juan Karlos simultaneously ranks as #1 in the Top Male OPM artists of the platform.

The Philippines Songs chart comes as one of Billboard’s country-specific music chart, which ranks the most streamed song every week in a particular region or country. This is different from Billboard Philippines’ music charts which will launch soon.
