Cebuana indie-pop artist IIICCCYYY is back with a new single.

On June 7, IIICCCYYY — Elisha Ang of Cebu alt-pop duo Sepia Times — came out with her second single entitled “In My Dreams.” In a press statement, the song is described as a “deeply evocative exploration of the rise and fall of love” with lyrics written “over the span of a years-long relationship.” It is a track that “embodies the essence of a love that once shone brightly but now teeters on the edge of uncertainty” in which Ang draws inspiration from personal experiences and weaving them into relatable tales through her music.

“In My Dreams” follows “Habit,” Ang’s debut single under her solo artist moniker, released last April 1. The brand new track was produced by Ang herself alongside Francis Gatmaitan or Franciskoe who also co-produced “Habit.” “[T]his one’s quite personal. [I] hope you’ll love it as much as [I] do,” she stated in an Instagram post before the new single’s release.
