The Recording Academy has just announced its first batch of performers for the upcoming 66th Annual Grammy Awards, including top-tier pop acts like Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Dua Lipa.

The announcement was posted on their official platforms and marks the initial wave of acts slated to perform live at the highly-anticipated event. The 2024 Grammys are expected to occur this February 5, 2024, at 9 AM (PHST) at the Crypto.com in Los Angeles, California. The three women are all nominees at this year’s awards ceremony, with each of them earning respective nominations for the prestigious category of Song of the Year.

Eilish’s “What Was I Made For?“, Lipa’s “Dance The Night“, and Rodrigo’s “Vampire” are nominated alongside Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers“, Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero“, Lana Del Rey’s “A&W“, SZA’s “Kill Bill“, and Jon Batiste’s “Butterfly” for the category, marking an impressive lineup for this year’s nominees.

Aside from that category, Eilish and Lipa also have a nomination for Best Song Written for Visual Media, where they’ll be competing against Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice (Barbie World), Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt (I’m Just Ken), along with Rihanna and Ludwig Göransson (Lift Me Up). Rodrigo has also accumulated five other nominations this year, including nods for Record of the Year (GUTS), Album of the Year (GUTS), Best Pop Solo Performance (Vampire), Best Pop Vocal Album (GUTS), and Best Rock Song (ballad of a homeschooled girl).

Additionally, all three artists have also been mentioned in the shortlist of the 96th Academy Awards, specifically in the category of Best Original Song. Eilish and Lipa have also received recognition from numerous award circles, including the Critics Choice Awards and Golden Globe Awards.
