After spending the past few years focused on acting, Jinyoung is stepping back into the spotlight as a singer with the release of his second mini album, Said & Done.
Released on May 13, the six-track EP marks his first music release in three years, following his 2023 mini album Chapter 0: WITH. Leaning into dreamy pop and mellow R&B sensibilities, Said & Done includes the lead single “EVERLOVE,” accompanied by a cinematic music video that places the K-pop artist in an office setting, dressed in a striking blue striped suit.
The EP also includes the English song “And Now,” alongside collaborations with fellow Korean artists. DAY6’s Wonpil appears on the track “Seventeen,” while singer-songwriter Choi Yu Ree lends her voice to “One-sided love.”

Beyond his music career, Jinyoung has been busy as an actor, recently starring in the slow-burn K-drama Still Shining opposite Kim Minju (formerly of IZ*ONE) and is also set to lead the upcoming series 100 Days of Lies.
To celebrate the release of Said & Done, the 31-year-old singer will also hold a comeback live stage on May 15 in Korea at Sogang University’s Mary Hall Grand Theater.
Debuted in 2014, Jinyoung is a member of K-pop boy group GOT7 alongside members Mark, Jay B, Jackson Wang, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom. While all seven members officially left their previous agency JYP Entertainment in 2021, the group continues activities independently while the members pursue solo careers.
