FELIP has just announced the official release of his first EP, COM•PLEX, in the vinyl format.
The limited edition vinyl release has been pressed in a unique colorway of crystal clear vinyl with its musical content mastered at the speed of 45 RPM. To commemorate the special nature of the record, the vinyl includes the original six-track EP also includes the bonus tracks of the hit singles “Fake Faces” and “Kanako.”
Both the EP and its bonus tracks have been remastered specially for the vinyl format by Jett Galindo of The Bakery LA (who has worked on records from Barbra Streisand, Haley Reinhart, Weezer, and the La La Land Soundtrack), with its newly designed packaging showcasing art and fashion sketches throughout these eras of FELIP from himself and renowned art director Louis Anthony Duran.
COM•PLEX marks the second vinyl release from the “ROCKSTA” hitmaker — following the release of his debut singles “Bulan” and “Palayo,” which were distributed as a limited edition release on translucent red vinyl. The upcoming release was first made available during FELIP’s 7sins Album concert at One Ayala, wherein avid and devoted fans were able to purchase the record as the show concluded.
COM•PLEX is available exclusively from Backspacer Records until supplies last and is priced at Php 3,000. The record is available for pre-order here.
