Costa Cashman is gearing up to change the game, and he isn’t waiting for anyone.
After circulating the Philippine soundscape with his powerful hip-hop anthem, “TALKSH*T,” the O Side Mafia member is set to release his latest single, “Tumesting Ka,” tonight at 8PM, with the music video premiering at 10PM.
With a West Coast bounce and his signature 808 Cash drums, “Tumesting Ka” hits with the energy of someone who knows exactly where he’s headed. With an aim to reconnect with his core fanbase and give them something that feels exclusive to and tailored specifically for them, the emcee is setting up the next empowerment anthem.
This marks Cashman’s third musical release since signing with CHEKE, an up-and-coming music label dedicated to spotlighting the Philippines’ local hip-hop acts.
In an official press release, the rapper detailed, “Nag-tri-trip lang ako sa stream nang biglang may mga fans na nambash sa akin. Dahil trip ko lang, naisipan kong gumawa ng kanta bilang sagot. Naghanap ako ng ‘O Side Mafia Type Beat,’ at nagulat ako nang may lumabas na pasok sa vibe ko. Kaya ayun, doon nabuo ang ‘Tumesting Ka.'”
