In a groundbreaking move for the live entertainment industry, Live Nation and JYP Entertainment have announced their global strategic partnership that sees the two companies collaborating exclusively producing tours for all artists on JYP’s incredible roster. This includes some of the biggest K-Pop acts in the business, such as TWICE, Stray Kids, ITZY, Xdinary Heroes (XH), NMIXX, and many more

This partnership expands the relationship between the two juggernauts in the music scene –– both of whom have already established a successful track record of promoting and producing several tours for JYP’s artists over the years. Live Nation’s vast touring resources in over forty-five countries all across the globe (including Live Nation Philippines) already contribute significantly to the growth of K-Pop on the world stage, which has worked in favor of JYP acts like TWICE and Stray Kids.

Live Nation and JYP Entertainment’s success in producing highly successful shows for TWICE has led the group to headline shows in some of the biggest stadiums in the world for their “READY TO BE TOUR”, with massive sold-out crowds in places like the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, the MetLife Stadium in New York, and the Philippine Arena (for two straight nights) in Bulacan. On the other hand, Stray Kids echoed a similar level of success thanks to Live Nation, as their “MANIAC” world tour led them to become the second K-Pop male group in history to sell-out shows in a North American stadium, and garnered the devoted attention of Filipinos for two nights at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.

This partnership with Live Nation further emphasizes JYP Entertainment’s commitment to increasing its global hold on audiences, as it follows the news of the latter’s partnership for a strategic alliance with Republic Records earlier in June of this year. JYP Entertainment and Republic Records’ partnership extends to include Stray Kids and ITZY in their plan for promotions outside of South Korea, following the success of what the label and its subsidiary Imperial was able to accomplish with TWICE.

Also recently, Live Nation announced a multi-year partnership with Mastercard to offer exclusive benefits to cardholders. This endeavor also aims to focus on environmental stewardship via the Priceless Planet Coalition, allowing users the opportunity to contribute to the restoration of trees by donating when they purchase concert tickets during Mastercard presale events. Other benefits for Mastercard users include access to coveted presale tickets, premium seats, and VIP experiences, among a diverse amount of benefits already present for cardholders.
