With a historic total of 8 entries to his name, Hev Abi is dominating Billboard’s Philippines Songs chart once again.
On the week of April 6, as of April 4, Hev Abi has now become the first ever Filipino act to have 8 simultaneous entries on the charts, which monitors the top 25 songs in the Philippines per week. As of the afternoon of April 4, the 8 songs include his “Babaero” collaboration with gins&melodies at number 2, “Walang Alam” at number 4, “Alam Mo Ba Girl” at number 5, “Makasarili Malambing” with Kristina Dawn at number 8, “Sumugal” with Unotheone and LK at number 10, “Lil Kasalanan Shortie” at number 13, “Pakundangan” with DEMI at number 21, and “Para Sa Streets” at number 25.
The “WELCOME2DTQ” sensation also previously attained the milestone of topping the very same chart last February with the aforementioned “Alam Mo Ba Girl”. During this time, he had six songs in total ranking within the chart, with four of them being in the top 5. “Alam Mo Ba Girl” comes as part of his hit album Kung Alam Mo Lang which was released last year.
Most recently, he also announced on March 23 that he would be holding his first major solo concert Morato Most Wanted: The Hev Abi Concert, slated to take place at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City this April 28.
