This up-and-coming artist is now dominating the Philippine soundscape.

Marked as one of local indie’s rising acts, Amiel Sol has entered the Billboard Philippines Top Philippine Songs Chart, shooting up all the way No. 12 with “Sa Bawat Sandali” (dated February 8, 2025). This heartfelt ode has resonated with the romance song-loving Philippine audience, with its relatable and sincere lyricism and catchy beat.

Debuted in the midst of the pandemic last March 2020, Amiel Sol has been making his way to stardom, debuting hits like “A Day With You” for the L (Liko, Larawan, Lipat) Soundtrack and “Ikaw Lang Patutunguhan.” Currently, “Sa Bawat Sandali” remains at the top spot of Spotify’s Viral 50 Philippines, a testament to its resonance with listeners nationwide. Following its immense success since its release, it graced the soundtrack for the VivaOne series Mutya Ng Section E.

Currently sitting on the Top 10 of the Billboard Philippines Top Philippine Songs Chart remains to be Dionela with his unchanging top two positions with “Marilag” and “Sining” at No. 1 and 2 respectively. Following these two hits is “Palagi” by TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan, which was recently awarded as the No. 1 Song of 2024. Dionela then enters again at the No. 4 position with “Oksihina,” and Maki with “Dilaw” following soon after at the No. 5 position.

Rounding off the Top 10 is Over October’s beloved “Ikot” at the No. 10 position.
