BINI‘s “world domination” continues.

The “Pantropiko” hitmakers just accepted the Voices Of Asia Award At Billboard Korea‘s Billboard K POWER 100 event today (August 27, 2024). Chosen by Billboard Philippines, BINI were honored with this award to commend the group on their growing influence and for their contributions to the rise of P-pop on a global scale.

With grace and elegance, BINI took to the stage at The SHILLA in Seoul to accept their award, thanking their team and their fans for supporting them through all their hardships. “This award reminds us that anything is possible with hard work and dedication,” said Aiah.

BINI also took the time to send a message to their fellow artists, even shouting out P-pop act SB19 for inspiring them. “To our fellow artists, we admire and respect each and every one of you. To our fellow P-pop group, SB19, thank you so much for inspiring us,” continued Jhoanna.

Throughout their career, BINI take pride in sharing messages of strength and kindness through their music. From the comforting reminder that life isn’t a race in “Karera” to the powerful message of individuality of “Pantropiko,” the girl group have made a name for themselves through their catchy hits that not only top the charts but also tell tales of self-love, acceptance, and encouragement.

With their music and relentless dedication to their craft, BINI have become the Philippines’ highest charting girl group to date, dominating over the Philippines Hot 100 and Top Philippine Songs charts week after week. In the last year alone, Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, and Sheena have taken the country by storm and are now, continuing to carve their own path to the global stage. As one of the most exciting acts in P-pop today, BINI are pushing boundaries and proving why they’ve been rightfully dubbed the “Nation’s Girl Group.”

On behalf of BINI, it’s ultimately an honor and we are so grateful to receive this award. But this award is not only for us but also for the people that believe in us and who have been part of our journey — from our hardworking team and management, ABS-CBN, to our music label, Star Music, and all the songwriters and composers who have contributed such memorable songs for BINI.

To our support system: our families and friends, to our amazing BLOOMs, we love you. Thank you for your guys’ love and dedication that you’ve put on to us. And of course, thank you Billboard Philippines for nominating us and for continuing to champion Filipino music.

Being here tonight with so many talented artists inspire us to keep pushing boundaries and share our music with the world. This award reminds us that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

To our fellow artists, we admire and respect each and every one of you. To our fellow P-pop group, SB19, thank you so much for inspiring us.

We’re so excited to be here. This is the first time we’re here in Korea as a group.
