TNG and Brickcity are heading over to Taiwan for a short joint tour. The news was announced by the two Filipino screamo acts on April 16, 2025 (Wednesday). “Sadness and pain will flood Taiwan this May 2025 as we join our brothers from Brickcity to tear through your cities with sound and sorrow,” stated TNG in their announcement post.

The two bands will be performing in three cities across the country: Taipei (May 23), Taichung (May 24), and Kaohsiung (May 25), with each TNG set notably including a live art session by moma.818art. Exact venues and ticketing details have yet to be announced by the bands. Watch this space for updates.

This tour notably follows the previous joint tour the two bands held across the Philippines in 2023. It saw them perform in cities across the country, including Baguio, Bacolod, Iloilo, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, Quezon, Pampanga, Olongapo, Cavite, Bulacan, and more. In addition, this tour also follows TNG’s previous tour of Taiwan held last December 2024, which saw them perform at two shows in Taipei, as well as a show in Taichung and one in Kaohsiung.

TNG and Brickcity’s upcoming Taiwan tour is the latest series of shows to be held by prominent Filipino heavy/alternative music acts in the country. This includes Fragments and Juggernaut’s recently concluded gigs as part of their ‘Enter The Warzone’ world tour, as well as TNG’s fellow Finite Fam act ORCA, who will be performing at three festivals in Taiwan in mid-May of this year as well.
