It’s a good day to be grateful! SZA stopped by Sesame Street to perform her new song, “Be Kind to Me, Be Kind to You,” a heartfelt tune about making a gratitude jar, with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and Gabrielle joining in on harmonies.
The singer introduces the concept of a gratitude jar, a place to put words, pictures, or anything that represents what you’re thankful for. She explains how the jar can help us remember those things, especially during times when we feel sad or overwhelmed by big emotions.
The song goes, “Be kind to me, be kind to you. Being kind is how I show my gratitude. Kindness can change the way you feel. Gratitude’s the right attitude.”

Later this month, SZA is set to embark on the ‘Grand National Tour’ with Kendrick Lamar, traveling across the United States, Europe, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The tour supports the singer’s SOS Deluxe: Lana, the expanded edition of her 2022 album, and Lamar’s GNX.
