OXGN pays tribute to budots and Filipino hip-hop with THE FINAL ROUND — a new campaign that fuses music, movement, and streetwear.

The campaign is anchored by a reimagined budots and hip-hop track from Italian DJ SGAMO and Dutch DJ Jarreau Vandal, along with a performance-driven campaign film and a three-part collection drop. Together, the campaign honors budots pioneer DJ Love and the grassroots sound rooted in Davao.

THE FINAL ROUND is rolled out under the streetwear brand’s “Local Sound. Global Recognition. Streetwear Expression.” banner and gives the spotlight to street culture and how Filipino sound continues to evolve, even amassing recognition on a global stage. At the heart of the campaign is budots, which has long been part of what defines Filipino street and party culture today.

The collection draws on amekaji (アメカジ), the Japanese interpretation of mid-20th-century American casual style. It reimagines vintage Western workwear and military staples through a refined Japanese design lens, best expressed through relaxed silhouettes, camo prints, and textured fabrics.

“We wanted to show that Filipino streetwear can stand confidently beside global style movements while still staying close to the people it was made for,” Cathleen Cotioco, the Brand Director of OXGN, shares. “The collection takes AMEKAJI inspiration and translates it through OXGN’s local lens. Creating fashion and merchandise that feel elevated, relevant, and competitive on a global scale, but still reachable for young Filipinos.”

Unfolding across three collection drops from August to October 2026, the collection builds on the campaign’s music-and-movement narrative before centering OXGN’s streetwear line. Prices start at PHP 899.
