Eraserheads fans have something new to add to their ever-growing collections. Eraserheads: Combo On The Run, a one-shot limited edition comic book inspired by the band’s documentary of the same name, is now available for pre-order through Comic Odyssey and Kid Heroes Productions.

The one-shot features three collectible covers illustrated by Raymund Lee, Felix Morales, and Ardie Aquino, along with a blank variant perfect for custom sketches and commissions.

Co-written by Patricio Ginelsa and Justin Quizon, the 24-page comic is a mini-anthology of four stories that follows the band as they team up to make history with chart-topping, timeless music — while being depicted as heroes battling zombie hordes along the way.

Pre-orders are available on Comic Odyssey’s website. The limited edition one-shot comic book is expected to hit shelves in late August.

Last year, the band made a special appearance at San Diego Comic-Con as part of the Tales of Deejays & Eraserheads in the LUMPIA Deep Fried Universe panel, which highlighted the Lumpia universe — the Filipino-American indie comedy movie franchise that has since branched out into comic books.

The band also appeared on the cover of The Legendary Lumpia Squad #3, the comic book spin-off of the films, which features them alongside characters from the Lumpia franchise.
