Muli: An OPM Musical brings love, loss, and “what-ifs” to life with a star-studded cast, running from September 11 to 27, 2026, at the Globe Auditorium of the Maybank Performing Arts Theater at the BGC Arts Center in Taguig City.
The musical harks back to the ’90s and early 2000s and revolves around the themes of unfulfilled dreams and second chances.
It is led by acclaimed executive producer and writer Charissa Pammit and stage director Andrei Pamintuan, the creative minds behind the hit Sugarfree rock-inspired musical Sa Wakas, which changed the landscape of contemporary Philippine theater more than a decade ago.
The powerhouse cast features Gawad Urian Award-winning actress, singer, and host Kakki Teodoro. A star in the world of Philippine theater, she earned the Philstage Gawad Buhay Award for “Female Lead Performance” in a Play in 2020 for the one-person interactive play Every Brilliant Thing.
Singer-songwriter Janine Teñoso enters the world of theater as she makes her stage debut playing the daughter of Teodoro’s character.
Joining them are top-billing actors Vien King (Passion), Marvin Ong (Man of La Mancha), Justine Peña (Sa Wakas), and Marynor Madamesila (Gregoria Lakambini), alongside social media creator and Dog Show Divas host Baus Rufo, making his professional theater debut.
Muli: An OPM Musical‘s book and lyrics are co-written by Pammit and her close friend, PeopleAsia Editor-in-Chief Jose Paolo dela Cruz. Meanwhile, singer-songwriter and “Rosas” hitmaker Nica del Rosario and violinist, musical director, and composer Matthew Chang — both Gawad Buhay awardees — serve as writers and producers of a suite of the musical’s original songs.
They are joined by a roster of musical talents from FlipMusic — the group behind the BINI hits “Pantropiko,” “Salamin, Salamin,” and “Karera,” as well as Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala.”
Tickets are now available for purchase via Ticketworld. For more information, follow Muli: An OPM Musical on their website, Facebook, and Instagram.
