P-pop trailblazers SB19 marked another career milestone by unveiling their newest single, “LAWLESS,” on one of the world’s biggest festival stages.
On July 31, 2026, the Kings of P-pop officially debuted the track live during their historic performance at the Lollapalooza stage in Grant Park, Chicago. The song was released on all digital streaming platforms at midnight, just hours before the group’s highly anticipated festival appearance.
Fans and festival-goers were among the first to hear “LAWLESS” performed live as it joined a dynamic setlist that featured global hits such as “DAM” and “GENTO,” the cross-cultural track, “Emoji,” emotional fan-favorites “MAPA” and “Wakas,” and a high-energy finale with “VISA,” “DUNGKA!,” and “CRIMZONE.”
Arriving alongside the single, SB19 also dropped an official lyric video featuring the now-iconic white goat from the track’s cover artwork. A few hours later at 12:00 PM (PHT), the P-pop group premiered the “LAWLESS” music video on their official YouTube channel.
The visualizer opens with the members in bold street wear looks while showcasing the same vintage black car from their earlier promotional materials. Set inside a wooden makeshift living room set, the music video embraces a rebellious aesthetic, complete with a stylish hip-hop choreography.
Produced by leader Pablo, alongside Josue of RADKIDZ and Tomas Costanza, “LAWLESS” blends gritty guitar riffs and aggressive rap verses. With members Pablo and Josh credited as composers, the song embraces themes of individuality and breaking free from expectations, underscored by the defiant lyrics: “You ain’t got no authority / Livin’ lawless is my priority.“
The release becomes even more meaningful as both A’TIN and international Lollapalooza audiences experienced “LAWLESS” together on such a monumental stage. Fans in the Philippines also celebrated the historic performance through watch parties held across the country.
Among the biggest gatherings was the Department of Tourism’s free live simulcast at the Rizal Park Open Air Auditorium, where hundreds of supporters came together to cheer on the Kings of P-pop. Similar celebrations were held in Pampanga, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, and other cities.
Following their successful Lollapalooza debut on the Allianz Stage, SB19 continue their landmark international run with an upcoming performance at Japan’s Summer Sonic Festival. Their latest achievement follows a string of high-profile appearances in the United States, including a performance at the GRAMMY Museum’s Global Spin Live and a ceremonial first pitch during the Major League Baseball game between the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees.
