In his latest music video, Filipino singer-songwriter Paolo Sandejas is feeling a numbing “Cold.” Premiered earlier today (February 10, 2026) at 4 PM, the visualizer shows Sandejas alone in a dark landscape surrounded by paper stars as he shivers and breathes in the frosty air – bringing his lyrics about loneliness to life.

The track itself was released earlier this year on January 23, signalling the start of what the artist calls a “new era.” In the caption of the post where he announced the new track, Sandejas reveals that “Cold” marked many “firsts”: the first song he fully produced and mixed himself, the first song he released fully independently in the USA, and the first song to come out of his upcoming second album.
In an exclusive interview Billboard Philippines previously hosted about his debut album, the world is so small (after all), the artist shared more about his process developing the record, “I think it hopefully conveys to people that I really put an emphasis on honest writing. I think that’s always been something that I’ve held close to myself. At the end of the day, I put a lot of time and effort to craft memorable lyrics and honest lyrics.”
