Aespa make a strong impression on this week’s Billboard Philippines charts (dated July 12, 2025) with the release of their latest comeback single, “Dirty Work.”
The K-pop quartet, comprised of Giselle, Winter, Ningning, and Karina, enters the Philippines Hot 100 yet again with their new single, which debuts at the No. 62 position. The track’s combination of hip-hop and dance elements has spawned a viral dance challenge on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, inspiring MYs nationwide to follow suit.
Aespa themselves are no strangers to the Philippines Hot 100, following their impressive debut on the chart with “Armageddon” at No. 84 when the chart first launched last July, or even with “Whiplash,” which peaked at No. 54.
Elsewhere on the Philippines Hot 100, Cup of Joe still hold the No. 1 position of the chart, closely followed by Sombr’s “Back To Friends”, which reaches a new peak position of No. 2 this week. At No. 3 is HUNTR/X, EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, REI AMI, and the KPop Demon Hunters Cast’s “Golden,” which overtakes NIKI’s cover of “You’ll Be Safe In My Heart” that bows down at No. 4. December Avenue’s “Saksi Ang Langit” positions itself at No. 5, while KATSEYE’s “Gabriela” moves up to a new high of No. 6 this week.
Yet another KPop Demon Hunters track enters the Top 10, as the Saja Boys, Andrew Choi, Neckwav, Danny Chung, KEVIN WOO, samUIL Lee, and KPop Demon Hunters Cast’s “Soda Pop” reaches a new peak of No. 7, while Sabrina Carpenter’s “Manchild” moves down to No. 8. Entering the Top 10 at No. 9 is Le John’s “Naiilang,” which sits alongside Rumi, Jinu, EJAE, Andrew Choi, and KPop Demon Hunters Cast’s “Free” that comes in at No. 10.
