Noah Kahan Announces New Single For ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping’
The lead single from the highly anticipated film’s soundtrack drops this October.

Grammy-nominated indie-folk singer-songwriter Noah Kahan is on his way to Panem with “Draw You Out,” the lead single from The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (The Album).
The song is set for release on October 2, 2026, ahead of the soundtrack album’s November 13 release via MCA.
Written specifically for and inspired by the forthcoming The Hunger Games installment, “Draw You Out” reunites Kahan with Grammy-winning producer Aaron Dessner. The pair co-wrote and co-produced the track, recording it at Long Pond Studio in New York as well as Gold Pacific Studios and East Iris Studios in Nashville.
Kahan’s song will be part of a 29-track album executive produced by Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb. The album brings together artists spanning genres, with the music described as previously unreleased material created specifically for the film and exclusive to the soundtrack.
The full tracklist has been revealed, although the other artists contributing to the album have yet to be announced.
This follows Kahan’s rise to global stardom, marked by his Grammy nominations, his breakthrough album Stick Season becoming a cultural phenomenon, and his most recent and emotionally charged record, The Great Divide, receiving critical acclaim.
Directed by Francis Lawrence, The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping is set 24 years before the events of the original The Hunger Games and follows 16-year-old Haymitch Abernathy competing in the 50th Hunger Games, also known as the Second Quarter Quell.
The film features an all-star cast, including Joseph Zada (Haymitch Abernathy), Mckenna Grace (Maysilee Donner), Jesse Plemons (Plutarch Heavensbee), Elle Fanning (Effie Trinket), Kieran Culkin (Caesar Flickerman), Ralph Fiennes (President Coriolanus Snow), and Glenn Close (Drusilla Sickle).
The film will be released in the Philippines on November 20, coinciding with its global theatrical debut in other territories.
