Today (May 21, 2025), Filipino-Irish singer-songwriter, Jess Connelly, announced she would soon be releasing her third EP to date, entitled Fool’s Gold. Produced by R&B aficionado LUSTBASS, the record is set for release soon this May 23, 2025 (Friday).
This marks the artist’s first musical drop of the year, following her single “WYA” that was debuted on October 5, 2024. In the same year, she released two more singles — “Sweetest Lies,” and a collaborative piece with Jason Dhakal and LUSTBASS titled “thru2u.”
Connelly made her official debut as a solo artist in 2015 with the EP How I Love, and has since then been steadily supplying the Philippine sonic landscape with smooth, experimental R&B. Some of the most popular tracks on her repertoire include “Turn Me Down,” “Lock,” and more.
