Zae and Hev Abi have joined forces for a powerful remix.

On October 25, “Swerve” hitmaker Zae dropped a music video for the remix of her single “SUBOMOTO,” featuring her fellow rap sensation Hev Abi. he track, which tackles themes of self-empowerment, was originally released last July 18. Days ahead of the remix’s release, both hip-hop artists teased the collaboration on their social media, including Instagram stories of the two together in the studio.

The remix’s release on digital streaming platforms has yet to be announced. Watch this space for updates.

Prior to the “SUBOMOTO” remix, Zae came released her latest single, entitled “Oops I did it again,” last October 9. Meanwhile, Hev Abi released his 7-track mixtape bahay namin maliit lamang last August 23.

Both Zae and Hev Abi were part of the Pinoy Hip-Hop Class of 2024 — the cover stars of Billboard Philippines‘ first ever Hip-Hop Issue. Joining them were fellow rising homegrown hip-hop artists O SIDE MAFIA, Tus Brothers, Felip, Hellmerry, PLAYERTWO, and Illest Morena. All of them performed in a special episode of Billboard Philippines Studios, which has now more than 2.8 million views on YouTube.

Last October 15, Zae and Hev Abi, alongside other alums of the Pinoy Hip-Hop Class of 2024, performed at Billboard Philippines: Mainstage — the first anniversary show of Billboard Philippines, which happened at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. They shared the stage with SB19BINIGary ValencianoSarah Geronimo, and more. Zae performed “Edi Wag,” backed up by dancers while Hev Abi took the stage to perform “Sumugal” and “Babaero” with fellow Downtown Q’ Entertainment star gins&melodies.
