Iconic Japanese K-pop artist group XG are coming back to Manila as part of their XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE, in support of their latest album, THE CORE – 核.
The news was shared across the group’s social media on April 23, detailing the confirmed Asia and Australia dates. Commencing the tour in Japan at the start of April, the group sold out their shows in Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, and more, now expanding to other cities. The ongoing concert marks the Japanese group’s second world tour, following their successful first-ever world tour, The First HOWL.
Presented by AEG Presents Asia and Ovation Productions, the Manila leg of their tour will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on July 22. This will be XG’s second time visiting the country after performing at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on August 2, 2024 for The First HOWL. The group also confirmed two other stops in Asia, including Bangkok and Taipei.

Best known for their popular hits “SHOOTING STAR” and “LEFT RIGHT,” XG recently released their first full album, THE CORE – 核, on January 23. The group also headlined the Sahara Stage at Coachella 2025, making noise on social media as the only Japanese act to perform that year and for their sharp choreography and creative concept.
General on sale will start on April 30, with ticket prices ranging from PHP3,500 to PHP16,500. Tickets will be available via SM Tickets.
