HYBE’s New Girl Group TUIDE Release Their Debut EP ‘TUNE & PLAY’ – Listen

TUIDE officially make their debut under HYBE with their first EP, TUNE & PLAY.
Released on August 24, 2026, the five-track mini album introduces the seven-member group’s signature sound, which they describe as “soultronic” — a fusion of soul and electronic music. Alongside the EP, they also dropped a music video for the lead track, “SUN KISS,” filmed against the stunning landscapes of Iceland.
Produced by Han Sung-soo and duo GroovyRoom, TUNE & PLAY introduces a vibrant sound and concept for the group. The release explores a variety of genres across its five tracks, including “ABD,” which blends R&B and lo-fi textures, and “Echo,” which leans into a house-inspired sound and features an interpolation of Janet Jackson’s “All For You.” Meanwhile, “Flip-Flop Girl” takes on a laid-back, rhythmic feel, while “GRLS” draws inspiration from UK garage.
Composed of members Seohee, Seoyeon, Elena, Jia, Saki, Seah, and Yi Hani, the seven-member act takes their name from the phrase “tune the tide.” The group initially gained public attention following the introduction of Seoyeon, the younger sister of JIHYO, a member of South Korean girl group TWICE.
TUIDE were first introduced through teaser videos shared on ABD’s social media, showcasing the warm and playful concept with colorful visuals and animations throughout the rollout.
Managed by HYBE’s new subsidiary ABD, meaning “A Bold Dream,” TUIDE join the company’s growing lineup of K-pop acts, which includes BTS, TXT, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, ENHYPEN, ILLIT, and more.
