Sica is back with his brand new extended play (EP), 444, out today, June 4, 2026, via Greenhouse Records.
The EP, inspired by the angel number “4” — which symbolizes protection, alignment, and purpose — delves deep into the thoughts and ambitions that have shaped the Quezon City-born rapper into who he is today.
“‘444’ is a reminder that everything is happening for a reason — and that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be,” Sica shares in an official statement.
Co-producer and fellow rapper Because, who worked on the project, described his experience working with Sica as driven by freedom — letting loose and having fun. This is in contrast to Sica’s previous works, which leaned more toward introspection and self-examination.
“At the same time, it’s one of his most immersive [bodies] of work yet, embracing new sonic territories and creating a distinct world of its own,” Because shared. “[The EP] feels like it’s giving them something they didn’t even know they needed.”
The whole project, which revolves around the connection with angel numbers, ultimately goes beyond the music itself.
“Everything in music is timing, patterns, and energy, especially the soul being on a right path so as a producer and rapper, seeing ‘444’ feels like confirmation that people who contributed [to] Sica’s EP are on the right path creatively,” shared Filipino-Italian rapper and producer Gaspari. “Like the universe telling us to keep going, trust the process, and stay locked in with the sound.”
Additionally, Filipino-American rapper and record producer Sir Ace (Andrew Escudero) describes the project’s sound as cinematic and suggests turning up the volume and playing the EP front to back through high-quality speakers.
“It doesn’t matter if you play this right after you wake up, while you start your day, or in your car in a late-night drive, the vibe will be there,” he shares.
