CARATs, rejoice!
SEVENTEEN has announced their imminent comeback with their upcoming fifth album, HAPPY BURSTDAY. The release of the album is set for May 26, 2025, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the K-pop group’s debut in 2015 with the song “Adore U.” Following the premiere of HAPPY BURSTDAY, the group shall embark on a new tour, and it was also shared that one of SEVENTEEN’s sub-units is set to debut a new single album.
Although SEVENTEEN’s lead rapper Wonwoo and lead vocalist Jeonghan have began their mandatory military service, it was noted that the artists participated in the recording of this album.
In related news, the multi-talented producer-choreographer tandem of the group, Hoshi and Woozi, have formed their own sub-unit, and recently came out with a new single album, BEAM.
On January 18 and 19, 2025, SEVENTEEN took their RIGHT HERE World Tour to the Philippine Arena, Bulacan. Across the various stops of this world tour, the total audience reached over one million people — a testament to SEVENTEEN’s wide reach and influence in real time. Additionally, the group held international screenings of the cinematic experience of their kick-off shows of this tour in Goyang, South Korea, held last October 12 and 13, 2024 at the Goyang Stadium.
