SB19‘s Josh Cullen has just released his highly-anticipated debut album.

The entirety of Lost & Found is finally out in the world — with each of the record’s eight tracks painting a vivid portrait of the 30-year-old musician. As it tackles themes of openness, pain, and one’s vulnerability, the album showcases Josh’s ability to translate his personal traumas into a universal experience that heals both the artist and his listeners. With his recovery process from the ruins of past hardships to find light amidst the harsh realities of the world, Josh uses Lost & Found as a cathartic medium to take charge agency of his life in a narrative that conveys hope and resilience all throughout.

“This album explores themes of pain and suffering, redemption, and the strength of human resilience, inspired by my inner truth. In Lost & Found, I wrote about the pain that never truly goes away, the trauma that lingers long after we think our wounds have healed, and discovering strength within ourselves,” the acclaimed P-pop musician states.

With the journey the album takes its listeners on, Josh sheds light on his astute observations of the industry’s many flaws, while seamlessly interweaving painful recollections from his childhood amidst the backing of an eclectic mix of genres such as emo, pop-punk, alt-rock, hip-hop and R&B. Together with the release of the album, Josh is also set to drop a series of music videos, including one for the single “No Control” later tonight. This marks the second video from the album to be released, following the drop of its lead single “Silent Cries.”

Just recently, Josh and his fellow SB19 members were selected by Billboard Philippines as the Philippine representatives for Billboard’s K POWER 100 Event in Seoul, South Korea together with fellow P-pop phenomenons BINI. Josh, together with his SB19 members, performed their hit single “GENTO” to close out the event wherein they were also honored with the Voices of Asia award. “This award belongs not just to us, but to the entire P-pop movement, OPM, and of course, everyone sharing Filipino creativity across Asia and the world,” said Josh, as he also gave a shout-out to fellow awardees BINI.
