Russ is about to let us into a new part of his journey.

Today, the rapper-producer took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the upcoming release of his album W!LD. In this post, he detailed, “[I’m] mixing the last couple songs and then it’s yours.” W!LD will be his sixth album to date, after his most recent, SANTIAGO, in 2023. Details about the album release proper are to follow.

Russ has made several visits to the Philippines, as the country resonates with his downbeat pace and open and vulnerable songwriting. Russ’ most recent visit to the country was meant to be back in October of 2023 for the year’s iteration of the PLUS63 Festival, where he would have been joined by Weezer, Aminé, MXMTOON, and other international sensations. Unfortunately, the show was postponed indefinitely.

The artist is best known for his notable and evergreen smash hits like “3:15 (Breathe),” “Losing Control,” and “What They Want.”
