Over the past week, Davao-based hip-hop group PLAYERTWO‘s very own Wave P has been releasing teasers on his official Instagram account alluding to his soon-to-be-released solo work.
The most recent of these teasers hint at his upcoming single, “STAY,” accompanied by a captivating visualizer. On the captions for these teasers, he adds, “LOVERS APPLICATION OTW!” which could possibly allude to a full-bodied piece of work to accompany “STAY.”
PLAYERTWO had recently come out with a new single in January this year as well, entitled “Wait (Teka Lang).” The song is distinctive of the group’s playful energy and charisma as a unit, with a lush, downbeat production. The group is best known for their R&B-influenced hits like “THAT’S MY BABY,” and their collaboration with SB19’s FELIP, “FLYYY.”
