Grammy-nominated Danish singer-songwriter Lukas Graham has released “Good Times,” the opening track from his forthcoming fifth studio album of the same name, out on August 14, 2026, via Virgin Music Group.
The track sets the tone for his album, which reconnects Graham with his Irish musical heritage of his late father Eugene and harks back to his earliest relationship with music.
Along with the track’s release is the official music video that offers an introspective narrative through archival footage from Graham’s rise to fame as captured by photographers and videographers “who documented his journey, celebrating the friends, family, and moments that shaped him,” says in the press release.
Years after charting global success and being on the road, this upcoming record allows Graham to return to his roots with songs that are deeply personal and what he can call his own.
Recorded in collaboration with musicians in Nashville and New York, his personal connection to his father and the folk community he grew up with are integral to the entire process. “People my dad knew. People who had slept on a couch in my mum and dad’s living room,” Graham explains. “It was very important to me that we got a hold of some of these musicians and got that cultural connection.
